Refund/Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Vacation Vibe Knits.
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the handmade and made-to-order production of our knitwear, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully, review sizing guides, and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged (e.g. torn), we do offer Return for Exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Exchange:
1. Email us at [email protected] with your name, shipping address, order number, reason for exchange and a clear picture of the damage with the subject line "Exchange".
2. Once approved, kindly ship the item back to us at your own expense with the original packing.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange immediately..
Cancellation Policy:
Orders with errors, (e.g. wrong size, shipping address typos), Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours to make those adjustments.
Cancellation of orders will not be possible once they have been processed and confirmed for shipping. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

- Payment for Shipping the return, if any, rely solely on the purchaser of the item(s) being returned.
