Eligibility

To shop with us, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian permission.
• To make a purchase, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your account information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Using accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

Product and Pricing

• Items In Stock are inspected and shipped within one - two business days. Out of Stock items are made-to-order. Allow 7-14 days to complete and process.
• We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products but do not guarantee that the colors are accurate as images can differ depending on your screen settings. 
• Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are in USD, You can change to your preferred currency and region at the bottom of the page. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payments made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (Credit and Debit Cards).
• For your security, card payments made on our website may require 3D integration. If your card is not currently 3D Secure-enabled, please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance/activation before completing your purchase.
• During the checkout process you will be asked to enter your payment details. You confirm that method of payment belongs to you or your name where an agreement is entered into with your credit card provider.
• We do not store your payment information. Card holder's account number will not be visible on transaction receipt.
• Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship from Trinidad and Tobago via CSF Couriers Limited, TTPOST (Domestic) and DHL Express (International).
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors.
• Shipping costs and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrived damaged.
• For issues relating to damaged items, you can reach out to us at [email protected] within three (3) days of receiving your item for assistance. See our Refund/Return Policy for further details.
  

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vacation Vibe Knits and or its content suppliers and may not be used or reproduced without permission. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
